Membership fees are paid by recurring card payment through Engine Room’s approved membership and payment system.

We don’t accept cash, manual EFTs, once-off payment links or ad hoc payment arrangements.

Your membership continues monthly, but you remain in control and can cancel at any time in accordance with the cancellation terms.

You don’t have to wait for a new month to begin.

If your coaching starts part-way through a membership cycle, your first membership fee may be calculated on a pro-rata basis according to the days or sessions remaining in that cycle.

Your regular monthly membership fee will apply from the next billing cycle.

Engine Room memberships operate on a fixed, recurring coaching-slot system.

When you join, we’ll allocate and pre-book your recurring coaching sessions according to your selected membership package, preferred training times and available coaching slots.

Your sessions will appear in the Engine Room booking app, so your training time is already protected each month.

Cancel the session through the Engine Room booking app then reschedule it into another available coaching slot.

We want you training consistently and completing the sessions included in your membership. We’re only doing our job when you’re showing up, progressing and getting the full value of your coaching.
