For all online returns, please email online@fuelnutrition.co.za within 7 (seven) days of receiving your order and tell us why you’d like to return it.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Approved returns must be clearly marked with your name and original order number and sent to:

Unless the product is confirmed defective, returned items must:

• Be unopened

• Be in resalable condition

• Have no damage to container, lid, seal, or label

• Be in the original packaging

• Be returned within 7 days of receipt

If these conditions are not met, the return may be declined.

If you believe a product is faulty, defective, or unfit for consumption:

1. Email online@fuelnutrition.co.za

2. Our Quality Control team will guide you through the process.

3. Opened products will only be refunded if confirmed defective.

All products are inspected and compared against retention samples before approval.

Refunds for defective items remain subject to final approval by Fuel Nutrition.

Returns may take 7–10 business days to be received and processed.

We work to resolve all cases as quickly as possible.

Once your return is approved, you have two options:

Option 1 — Store Credit (Fastest)

You will receive a voucher code equal to the original product value.

This can be used toward any new purchase.

Option 2 — Refund to Original Payment Method

If requested, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

• Banks may take additional time to reflect funds.

• If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.

• Refunds are only paid into South African bank accounts.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrect
